Mayor in the dark

I’ve playing with the lighting again. Firstly to find a balance between too dark and too light. I believe these  are a bit too bright.

Mainly in the last panel, I tried to make it appear as if our beloved mayor has a darker side than has been show before. Like he’s thinking dark thoughts.

We’ll just have to wait and see just how dark these thoughts really are…
