Year's end is neither an end nor a beginning but a going on, with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us. - Hal Borland

I never said Dwaas was the best judge of character 😆

Endings and beginnings; 2016 becomes 2017

Another year gone! And what a year it was; 2016! I think the modern world unanimously will vote this year one of the worst years concerning celebrity deaths. I’m just hoping 2017 will be more kind upon our/ my childhood stars. On a more personal note 2016 wasn’t the best year yet either, it wasn’t bad, but it could be better. It was mostly a year of rebirth and 2017 will hopefully be the year of growth. Work will probably be absorbing most of time. And even though I would like to spend more time on Foolish Lego photography for example, I don’t think that will be possible. I still have time in years to come though. All the time I have to spend on Foolish Lego will be spend on the comic, on making it the best Lego comic I can possibly produce. In the meanwhile collecting all these great sets that are coming on the market.
Oh and I did think about new years resolutions… couldn’t think of any, except maybe for trying to get out of bed 30-60 minutes earlier each day in order to get a morning ritual going and getting more things done. The problem with this is that in order to do this I need to get into bed earlier the evening before… and that is really difficult, because the evenings are the only moments that somedays give some ‘free’ time, and the evenings are already so short. Also I need to fill up the evenings a little more with work related stuff, but more balanced; hopefully, on the long run, that will provide me a little more free time. Ah well, lets see what 2017 will bring me, probably mostly work 😉

So that leaves me wishing you all the very best for the year(s) to come!
And thank you for your support and interest in Foolish Lego 😀
